Looked through quite a few online courses trying to find an instructor who could help me ‘get‘ python rather than struggle with memorising things.
I was won over when I saw Charles Severance in a sorting hat in a course introduction video. He explain things in ways that are easy to understand – conceptually and contextually. The incorporation of history as well as ‘old-school’ methods of teaching, like using flow-charts to explain the looping of codes, really helped me overcome mental blocks and see how the code was behaving.
