&lt;p&gt;RM4 is KL city centre price.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;if you factor in all the other things like cost of transport, cost of housing and cost of goods ... it works out to cheaper. the average income in Malaysia is below RM2,000 &lt;/p&gt;</description>
