Seems I’m in a comfort-zone of cooking.
Today I decided to step outside my comfort-zone.
Baked a cranberry bread cake
Waterchestnut+mushroom+wonton
This was an interesting and very fun thing to do. The food that resulted tasted pretty OK. I even gave a neighbour one of my cranberry bread cakes.
Think I’ll repeat it and next time maybe I’ll ask people to come over and experiments I embark on.
