Gladys is precious! I don't know when I had so much fun in 6 minutes WATCHING a telephone conversation. But Ellen, Ellen really gets this kind of material, this kind of audiences because of WHO she is. I don't mean her celebrity, but the person that she is. I remember someone( Nana?) telling me that she's amazing because she can be funny without being vulgar or putting anybody down.
