2 Months as a Non-Smoker

Its been 2 months since i quit smoking (exactly) and I think today was a social event that tested whether I would fall back into the nicotine trap.

I’m in Macau on a business trip and i made it through a drinking session with 21 people (16 of whom were straight) with most of them lighting up and although i had passing urges to light up to join in … i thought about the things that made me quit smoking and the urges passed

Stephanie from Shanghai has been trying to quit and she’s really keen to read the book and quit. Seeing her chain smoke coz she was having an alcohol buzz… i thought … geez … that used to be me.

I’m glad I didn’t pick up a cigarette

*burp* … slightly drunk now so gonna shower and go to bed
