i make it a point to add only people i know and even then … i have 142 friends!!
i absolutely love facebook!!! i’ve connected with my old schools mates .. my old army mates … and even this girl i got very close to while doing some charity work several years ago
through facebook i’ve managed to catch up with the following people from my past by joining:
- a group formed by my primary 6 classmates (St Michael’s School) who were asking about a teacher that taught them who was my grand-uncle
- a group formed by my secondary 4 classmates (we were the last batch at the old SJI bras basah premise)
- a group formed by my army unit (MDC)
I’ve old frens coming up to me telling me they’re fathers and all …. and most recently … i hooked up with the guy I sat next to in Sec 4!!!
FACEBOOK ROCKS!!!
p.s. – i got damn irritated with the werewolves and vampires and nonsense … then someone asked me to become a slayer if i’m irrirated with all the werewolves & vampires biting requests sent … how clever is that!!
it truely shows that facebook is a living organic entity on the web that has large communities of people reacting to what’s happening there!!!
