the choreography and dancing is so so bad … and they even threw in a short tap segment …… how can anyone add a tap sequence to bad 80s music!!

When this movie came out, a local radio-announcer said: “If you’re thinking of going to see Xanudu, Xanadon’t!”
sigh … how did those of us who grew up in the 80s turn out to be relatively unscarred from that era.
I think the tap dance sequence was more for Gene Kelly’s sake than anyone else.
