Healthy Weekend and Being Evil

Had a healthy weekend. Woke up and played tennis for 2 hrs with andrew and randy. The sun was blazing and it wasn’t the best day to start as there was a point i felt chilled despite the heat so I stopped, sat in the shade and downed 2 cans of 100 Plus.

Recovered after a while and continued playing. My forehand sucks even though my backhand is sort of still there. Randy suggested i take some lessons just to get my strokes back. His suggested coach is supposed to haev a damn lean and tight bod. That’s incentive enough to keep me healthy …. hehehe …. even thinking of quitting smoking.

Woke up at 9am today, dropped bryan off at work and spent the day doing errands and catching up on reading. Half a mind to hit the gym but inertia hit and i’m still stuck on the couch watching tele, chatting and surfing.

Anyway … did this quiz … this is so not true! My people i love are not afraid of me …

You Are 64% Evil

You are very evil. And you’re too evil to care.
Those who love you probably also fear you. A lot.

yeah …. i know … let’s hope this time is the last

MRI i saw had a cancerous tumor in the nasopharynx area …. it was pushing into the brain area …. that image and the site of people having the reactions they did as they undergo chemo is enough to put me off another cigarette for a while.

i was smoking at andrew’s place the next day and i looked at the cigarette and asked myself …. “knowing and seeing all i have these past few days … do i really want to inhale this?”

i stubbed it out after that.

next time u see me pick up a cigarette … remind of the MRI and u’ll see me promptly throw it away
