Leaky Taps

Sigh …got to do the man-ly thing and go replace 2 leaky taps at my rented apartment! spent the morning under the sink dismantling everything!!! its amazing how they build without thinking about making it EASY to be replaced if needed.took me 1 hour plus just to unscrew the kitchen sink tap!!!

sianz … i got to cover these minor repairs unless they come up to more than $150. Actually if I include the stupid toilet flush that is starting to act up the repair bill should come up to $150.

hmmm … think i’ll go look at taps and get a quote from the plumber before i do anythhing,
