There are side-tables we brought in as display pieces were so badly cracked we had to just throw it out … major spillage of products … missing products … products we ordered LONG ago only to be told they’ve just put in the order!
on top of that, out of the 6 furniture pieces delivered today … we had 3 pieces with problems. one customer outright rejected the piece and demanded for a full refund.
i’m SOOOOO PISSED with hong kong i really don’t know what to say anymore. Its like no point having their distributorship if all it does is cause us more problems and incur more cost with the delivery charges to & fro and replacing pieces of furniture.
This has been a crappy week …. back-breaking warehouse work, late nights unpacking and re-arranging furniture, problems with deliveries … problems with love …. nothing seems to be going right ….
